Long before the sunbeds fill up, the espresso machine is already running. We pull Dimello's single-origin arabica — hand-picked, slow-roasted, graded 92+ SCA — on a proper Wega machine, the same way a good coffee bar in Athens would. No syrups, no shortcuts, just a strong, honest cup to start the day right on the sand.

When the sun goes down, Havana slows to a different rhythm — bare feet on warm sand, lanterns flickering along the boardwalk, the moon over the water. No rush, no crowds pushing past. Just the sea, the stars and good company until late.

Follow the lanterns down the boardwalk, past the palms and the glow of the string lights, and the beach opens up in front of you — sunbeds folded away for the night, tables lit by candlelight, the sea just beyond.
